These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doncina.com and any products or services purchased or booked through Doncina ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, submitting a quote request, or booking an event service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Doncina provides full-service event décor and styling — including balloon décor, custom signage, and holiday and seasonal décor — booked through our website, with personalized touches such as custom apparel, engraved gifts, and custom signage arranged as part of your booking. Personalized items are sourced and prepared specifically for your event as part of the overall booking, not sold separately.
2. Quotes & Custom Orders
- Quotes provided through our online form are estimates and may change based on final scope, materials, guest count, venue, or customization requested.
- Custom and personalized items are made to order. Because they're made specifically for you, personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
- For custom design orders, we will provide a proof for your approval before production begins where practical. Approved proofs are considered final; production errors matching an approved proof are not eligible for free remakes.
3. Event Services, Deposits & Cancellations
- Event décor and styling bookings, based on your custom quote, generally require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
- Cancellations made with adequate advance notice may be eligible for rescheduling; deposits are typically not refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled date at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or access issues at the event location.
- Final balances are generally due prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your individual quote.
Specific deposit amounts, cancellation windows, and rescheduling terms will be provided in writing with your individual quote or booking confirmation.
4. Delivery & Installation
Event décor, personalized items, and any other elements included in your booking are delivered and, where applicable, installed on-site as part of your scheduled event service — they are not shipped or sold separately. Estimated delivery and setup windows are provided in your quote or booking confirmation but are not guaranteed to the minute; we build in reasonable buffer time ahead of your event.
5. Intellectual Property
All original designs, illustrations, branding, and site content are the property of Doncina unless otherwise noted. When you upload a photo or design for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doncina is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
