1. Our Services
Doncina offers personalized gifts, custom apparel, party and balloon décor, and full event styling services (including holiday and seasonal décor), available for purchase or booking through our website. Some products are produced in-house; others are fulfilled through third-party production partners.
2. Quotes & Custom Orders
- Quotes provided through our online form are estimates and may change based on final scope, materials, guest count, venue, or customization requested.
- Custom and personalized items are made to order. Because they're made specifically for you, personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
- For custom design orders, we will provide a proof for your approval before production begins where practical. Approved proofs are considered final; production errors matching an approved proof are not eligible for free remakes.
3. Event Services, Deposits & Cancellations
- Event décor and styling bookings (Essential, Signature, Premium, and Luxury packages, or custom quotes) generally require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
- Cancellations made with adequate advance notice may be eligible for rescheduling; deposits are typically not refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled date at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or access issues at the event location.
- Final balances are generally due prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your individual quote.
Specific deposit amounts, cancellation windows, and rescheduling terms will be provided in writing with your individual quote or booking confirmation.
4. Doncina Club Membership
- Doncina Club membership tiers (Essential, Plus, VIP) provide discounts and perks on eligible products and services only, as described on our website at time of signup.
- Membership benefits are not unlimited, are subject to annual limits, delivery-zone restrictions, and exclusions, and full terms are provided at signup.
- Membership fees are billed annually and are generally non-refundable once the membership period has begun, except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to modify membership benefits for future renewal terms with reasonable notice.
5. Shipping
Shop items ship via standard carriers to addresses within the shipping regions we support. Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout or in your quote but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup, except where required otherwise by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All original designs, illustrations, branding, and site content are the property of Doncina unless otherwise noted. When you upload a photo or design for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doncina is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
